Your registration fee includes all sponsored meals, Friday night’s banquet, and materials; travel and lodging costs are on you! IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not complete this form unless you are enrolled in FOPP 31 or have completed Part 1 of a prior FOPP class. Only current participants are permitted to attend the seminar. Note that registration begins three months before the seminar takes place.
